Thank you! Are the males different colors? Or do they come in different colors? I see one that’s nearly all yellow/orange with that red bar and then the one I posted a picture of with the front half being green.
I’m not sure but wrasse often have different colors as they age and change from juvenile, to female, to male, and older males sometimes have even more extreme colors

It was a tusk but nonetheless, beautiful!
Tuska are arguably hogfish. Tusks and hogs are very closely related and are the first to break off from the rest of the wrasse.
