Passer Angel Lip Swollen Infection

Hi everyone,

I have a passer angel that has looked like this for the past 2 days. Does he have some sort of bacterial infection? His lips are very swollen. None of my other angels have this problem. Any advice on what I should do? Never encountered this problem before. Could he have ran into a coral? I only have 4 corals so I don’t think it’s what happened.

Heres a head on picture. He’s being shy with low appetite. Any ideas? Should I give him some kanaplex or other medication?

Definitely should treat in QT. Trifecta of kanaplex + metroplex + furan2 to address a wide range of bacterial issues. Poor guy

Have you added anything new to your aquarium recently? What are your water parameters?
