I have a couple PC4 in storage that got wet. They weren't plugged in when they got wet, so no short circuit happened. I opened them up and inside is wet also. Can I leave them open to dry and be able to use them again? Anyone ever get them wet and use them again?

i would open them and place them both in a big bag of rice for 4-5 days then remove, blow off with canned air inspect. If rust is seen take a number #2 pencil eraser and remove ALL the seen rust, if you can completely remove safely clean. If the smallest amount of moisture is found after removing from rice place back in the bag of rice for an additional 3 days then repeat the process above. Its work several times for things thats should have fallen into my tank. Hope it works so keep us posted if you try it.

Hah. Can't believe I didn't think of the rice method. I've done that before with cellphones and it works. Thanks for reminding me.
