I'm pondering getting a few varieties of pectinia and am curious if they will sting each other. I've been able to find some speculation in the forums, but no answer from anyone who has had first hand experience. Anyone have an answer? Thanks.

I suppose they could but my two don't. Ive had mine for a few years and what I have discovered which may or may not be the norm is that mine only throw out sweepers when they are in with other fleshy LPS like acanthophylia, lobos, cynarina and such. I've had mine in my acro tank and now together with quite a few duncans and some softies and I never see sweepers.

This is my space invader a couple years ago when it was in with some of the corals I mentioned. It wanted to kill but was confined to a corner.

Generally, LPS of the same genus are friendly with each other, so I would expect different Pectinia to be fine with each other (they might also be friendly with Mycedium as they are closely related and possibly congeneric with Pectinia, but the science isn't settled on that yet).
