Perchlet/pygmy hawk and watchman goby compatibility? (+pistol shrimp question)

Hey everyone, I saw a happy looking YWG and pistol shrimp pair at my LFS, and I was wondering if my geometric pygmy hawkfish would attack the goby, as I hear that this can happen. Tank is a 15g cube. The goby will live wherever the pistol burrows and the hawk has a cave in the live rock it prefers to stay in, however it frequently hunts pods on the live rock and sandbed day and night.

P.S. will I need to do anything to my rockwork to help secure it if I get a pistol shrimp?

That is the cautionary tale with this fish, yes.
