Can anyone help identify this guy - it’s taken over my sump

I have these things too, they are a type of worm or something but i don't know exactly what they are. they haven’t caused any problems, they are just annoying and i don't know how to get rid of them.

Looks like pineapple sponges. Harmless filter feeder.

I had a feeling they might be after plucking some out but wasn’t sure as they almost look snail/egg/worm like.

Hard to tell from the pics. But they do like sumps and other cryptic zones in my experience.

Any idea what this is?

Hi, Any idea what these white things are? I have them all over my tank. (Look like feathers.). Tank was started last spring. Thanks.

Yeah, those are pineapple sponges; they tend to boom then bust in population before going away on their own.
