Pest on Torch coral?

I bought a torch coral at reef-a-palooza and dipped it in Bayer, then put it in my tank. It was doing good for about 3 days, then it stopped extending out. I looked at it yesterday and it seemed either all the tentacles were gone or they were really really sucked in. Then today I see a big white... blanket... over one of the heads. What is it?
I have it next to another torch coral that's been in the tank for a while, but they aren't close enough to touch.

Hard to tell, can tou give more details? Is it fuzzy looking, does it move, is there anything coming out of it, can you vacuum it off? We will be able to help with more information

It moved with the flow in the tank, but not really on it's own. I took it (the frag) out of the tank and put it in a bowl of water and it kind of tore apart. It looked like white chicken skin kind of because of the bumps on it.
It did look like it had a tiny poop hole with what looked like fish poop coming out of it.
A bunch of brown stuff poured out after the the white blanket tore apart. Stunk like my dog's anus when she got her glands expressed at the vet. Very gross smell.

Temp - 77.5-79
Nitrate - 5 ppm, was 0 for a bit till I removed a bunch of hair algae
Phosphate - 0-0.03
Calcium - 420
Alk - 8
Mag - 1200

Fuzzy blanket makes me think Bacterial or Protozoan infection, Lugols is not going to kill everything. Sounds typical of an Euphyllia, once tissue infections set in it's nearly impossible to save the coral.

I thought about that as well, but they look just like any other large Polyclad, brown and speckled. I suppose it could be the image or a variety I have never laid eyes on.

If I use my imagination and squint, I can see a flatworm. :P

It was definitely really white. Even when I took it out and it wasn't under the tank lights.

Maybe a flat worm sparked a infection.
