Need a better picture for an ID, but with the photos shown, I would have to guess an H. malu --- one of its common names is "sebae" (( H. crispa also shares that common name )).

What does the underside of the oral disc look like?

The tentacle shape and the underside of the oral disc still has me thinking H. malu.

What size tank?
What lights do you have?
How long has your tank been set up?
What are your current water parameters? (( with numbers please ))

Its my frag tank its been up for 6 months i just added rock and sandva month ago...
20g tank is stable i have my highend acans and a couple of chalices im bring back for a friend... i havne the nem fir alittle iver 24hrs
