pH and alkalinity were adjusted with baking soda and Na2CO3. How can I use this water right away?

Baking soda and sodium carbonate were added to maintain pH above 8.3 and alkalinity above 160ppm.
As far as I know, it should be used 24 hours after administration.
Is there any way to use it right away?

there is zero reason to wait any time if the additions are the only concern.
I don't understand that baking soda can be used immediately after administration.Below is what I experimented with.natural seawater pH 8.04, Alk 124ppm
400ml natural seawater + 10% NaHCO3(Distilled water+1g NaHCO3)1ml= pH 8.02, Alk 138ppm
400ml + 2ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 8.00
400ml + 3ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.98
400ml + 10% NaHCO3 4ml = pH 7.97
400ml + 5ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.96
400ml + 6ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.95
400ml + 7ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.95
400ml + 8ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.94
400ml + 10% NaHCO3 9ml = pH 7.93
400ml + 10ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.92
400ml + 11ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.92
400ml + 12ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.92
400ml + 13ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.91
400ml + 14ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.91
400ml + 15ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.91
400ml + 16ml 10% NaHCO3 = pH 7.90
As the pH continued to drop, I added 10% Na2CO3 solution to adjust the pH to 8.4.
After introducing air and waiting for 24 hours, I measured the pH again, and it had increased to 8.6. Is there any mistake in my experiment?

I’m seriously at a loss of why you think, even from your own experiment of why one would need to wait. You never need to wait.

What you showed is that baking soda has a very small pH lowering effect, along with the alk boost.

You raised alk pretty high in the experiment, and as expected, higher alk results in higher pH when it equilibrates with CO2 in the air.
