ph electrode error calibration

I have KH director with dosser stand alone. I always get error when trying to calibrate PH electrode. The readings of it is near correct 3,5 in 4 solution and 6,7 in 7ph solution. But when I tried to calibrate I received error. Calibration failed, pleased try again later. Ive updated also my phone Iphone 11, thats not helped!

Have you tried to calibrate with GCC?

GCC - how can I get it on my MacBook? This is only for windows?

OK - I do not know Mac - I use PC. But you need GCC in order to update Firmware as I know it. I have read somewhere that there is virtual PC machines for Mac, @Ditto can you answer this? But you can test with logging in at MyGHL with your web browser (in your Mac) and try a calibration from there. If that´s not work either - make a support ticket.
