Ph Temp Probe is used to detect PH and Temperature in a aquarium / fish tank, the code will also create a EasyIoT entry on the cloud.

3D plastic cover decrease the flow of water for more accurate reading.

How did you get around the electrical noise problem? I tried this exact ph probe setup and it was incredibly unstable. I ended up switching to atlas scientific and it works flawlessly.

I didn't notice any problem with electrical noise, just had to use a very large resistor on ESP8266 to get the voltage down to 2.5V on A0 (analog), i my case reverse LED worked.
I did had a problem with the Probe sensor it was too sensitive and even slightest movement of water gave inconstant readings, the 3D printed cover stabilized the flow around the probe sensor and code takes a sample of 10 readings, sorts and takes the middle readings.

so far the results has been consistent and stable .... im not sure about the accuracy but it gives a good idea about the swings and flows of the tank.
