HI friend,

I’m from Vietnam, my sister who’s from USA help me to buy a KH director + 4-pump doser from marinedepot.

It was set up correctly but tested so badly. At last I found out the PH probe didn’t work. Now mine works well but with my friend‘s PH probe

Is there any warranty for my PH probe?

Thanks
Khanh

Did you calibrate the probe before using it? Also when you first run the KH Director it takes several tests before it settles down and reads correctly. Can have any bubbles in the sample line or the reagent line. That will also cause incorrect readings. I’d try recalibrating the probe that came with it and prime all the lines then run about 4 tests in a row and it should be ok.

Yes, I calibrated many times
No any bubbles. Did many many tests but worked badly
Until borrowing my friend‘s PH probe and calibrating, it‘s now working well
