When changing light settings I noticed that only one half of channel 6 was illuminating on one of my Photon lights. Is this easily repairable at home?

Depends on the kind of Emitters you have if surface mounted "button emitters" not that hard to replace but other surface mounted one are near impossible to replace.

It's the left half of the fixture, seems to me that it would be a connection or something that provides power to that channel on that side of the light.

Yes, I contacted Reefbreeders and they were able to troubleshoot and repair my light, it was 1 burnt out LED. I'm local to them so I was able to bring the light to him and wait while he fixed it. Great customer service.
