For kicks and giggles could you try something really low like a 1200x1200 range?

We have found the issue but are having a problem figuring out why it's being an issue if that makes sense.

Its sporadic for me. Sometimes it will load the pic and sometimes it won't. Same pic, same size file.

Yes this is what it does. We see it happening but don't know yet why. Hopefully we can get it soon!

Yep same issues. If I go back and edit/shrink the pic it will upload.
