Well it has been a long wait but I have my Peacock Mantis! Picked him up this afternoon. He has been hiding in the rocks since i put him in the tank but finally poked his head out for a picture! I am so stoked! Not the best picture but I am happy he is settling in his new home!

He is still doing awesome! I lowered my lights to 50%blue and 5% white, green and red. Trying to let him get used to things!

Are you sure it's a male?? Looks like a female to me. I'm no expert btw.

Gotta get a look at the underside to determine that. It’s pretty easy to do on a larger mantis.
