Is this the ever dreaded pinched mantle disease? :( Looked so good yesterday and has been actually growing really nicely but it hasn't looked good today. I run carbon too and changed it like 8 days ago. Please help!

Also for more info I have had this clam since april, it has new shell growth and has been in that spot for a few months and is attached to the rock. It is under a radion XR30 in a 12" deep tank and is getting plenty of light.

Doesn't look like pinched mantle. Looks more like it's being aggravated by that cleaner shrimp.

Keep an eye on any fish/coral/invert that may harass it

Those two have been in the tank together for months so it would surprise me. The clam looks way better today though so may have just been a flukey evening!
