Can anyone ID what this pink rash is around my Anthias eye? I haven’t seen this before. Fish is acting healthy and I just need to know if this is something I need to treat.

Looking at fins and overall body, fish appears to have ich parasite. Will require treatment in a separate tank along with any other tank mates now exposed using either general cure or coppersafe at 2.2 treatment level . Tank they are in will have to be ran without fish (fallow) for 6-8 weeks.

Looks like ich to me also - the red patch is something else, but the white pinhead spots on the body, eyes and fins leans me to ich as being the primary issue.
The red patch could be an injury, less likely, a reaction to the ich parasite.

Can you see spots on any other fish?
