I have a rsr 625 mixed reef thriving with a large assortment of anemones. I have rainbow bubbletips, Chicago bubbletips, a bunch of rock flowers, and five haddoni carpets. I’ve tried adding two pizza anemones in the past year but they don’t last. I saw them gaping and shriveling within the first month. I tried to pull them out and quarantine with cipro again, but they died. Has anyone had long-term success with these pizza nems in mixed reefs? I use the standard QT 100% wc with cipro for 10 days prior to adding to my display.

I didn’t even know these were a type of anemone!

Unfortunately the tank owner said this one died too.
