I have so far just had Nano aquariums but is planning for a 130 Gallon Peninsula reef tank in 2016.
Currently have Nuvo Fusion 30 L at home and Elos Midi 37 in my office.
I am limited for space so the shape and size is not really negotiable! The current 6" wide peninsula will be widened to fit exactly.
The Sump and Fish room will be directly below in the basement so will need enough head pressure on the return pump.
Light will be combination of T5 and LED. I really like the Giesseman Hybrid but currently have Kessil's on my other tanks and do not want to give up the shimmer.
Anyone with experience with Giesseman's shimmer?
Another option is Kessil AP 700 with 2 T5's each side.
I have a fantasy tank ( the drop off) and the a realistic tank. Dimensions 23 "wide 36 " height and 42 " length.
Drop off is 48 " deep and 12 " length.
Overflow is 6 " wide and 4 "to 5 " long to enable 6 " viewing panes visible from dining room and living room.
The drop off will be 48 " deep at the deep end. I have read horror stories about Drop offs and seen some amazing ones. Any input?
Mixed LPS and SPS. Aquascape will be built on Acrylic base with Acrylic rods to hopefully achieve a pillar or bonsai type look as the tank id narrow and tall so good support will be paraount
Apex controller. Custom Sump probably 80 to 100 gallon.

Aquarium likely built by Concept Aquariums as they are local and will save me a lot. Second option is Miracles Aquariums but long distance and the shipping alone will pay for a lot of equipment or livestock. All visible sides Starfire and one piece Eurobrace. No canopy is planned so light fixture will have to be aesthetic.
Any input and sagely advice welcome!
