The are popping up on some of the rocks. Can someone please help id. Thanks!

Those kinda look like baby Bubble Tip Anemones maybe. Hopefully they're baby BTAs and not Majanos.
 
They kinda look like green fuzzy mushrooms
That was my first thought as well. Zoom in on picture 2. It kinda paints a different picture?
 
I’m personally leaning Majano. Coloration and tentacle structure look majano to me. Is that the only rock they seem to be on or they are on a bunch of rocks of yours?

It’s on 2 rocks out of many the tank is 400 gallons. They have been there a while and not spread to wild
