i just got this shipment of corals in and these hitchhikers are in the bags please help identify almost looks like bristle worm but want to make sure and will dip kill these

Bristleworm- although not welcomed in my tanks are considered cleaner crew eating both uneaten food and detritus
 
likely harmless bristle worm. Most find them really ugly but they are an effective cleaner.

A dip will kill them if you don't wan't them, yes.
