I had an ich outbreak in my DT last month so currently I have all my fish on a 55g for QT using Copper power (~2.25) + nitrofurazone while all the fishes are doing well, eating well, I noticed the skin texture of my long butterflyfish nose seems unusual (photos below). My Tomini tang also has some red soreness on one side. Is this some diseases that I need to consider/ address? Please let me know, thank you.

Pics a little blurry but appears to be bruising and may be due in part to space limitations. What size tank are these fish in?
Keep an eye on them for redness/sores
Are fish eating and breathing normal?
Also cease nitrofurazone as you don’t want to mix with copper and may be causing these marks from irritations

I agree, this could be skin irritation - possibly residual from the ich infection.

I'm concerned that the longnose butterfly is pretty thin - is it eating well? Can you increase the number of times you feed it in a day?

It is eating well. As of now, all fishes are eating good. I feed them 2-3 times a day mix of variety of frozen food, algae pellets & wafers, and Clams

Thats a lot of fish for a tank not filled to capacity with estimated 35 gallons of water.
With the low capacity, how is tank being filtered?

For filtration
I have a huge sponge filter (for 75 gal) with UV lights to it, and 4 sponge filters with air line attached. I change 75% of the water in about 14 days. The ammonia levels were 0.2 yesterday, and 0 nitrites. Nitrate is about 50ppm, and that’s the only reason I do water change.

I assume you are using API kit. Please take a water sample to an LFS that does Not use api tests and see what readings they come up with. Also disregard nitrites which is specific for freshwater.
If your tests are accurate, Nitrate is getting high and ammonia very high. You want ammonia at .025 or below and nitrates about 30 max
Consider adding a hang on power filter with a seeded sponge or sponge with liquid bacteria to keep nitrates reduced

I have been using the RedSea test kits. I also dump a bottle of nitrobacter in the water reservoir a night before everytime I do water changes. I might just do 100% water change and thoroughly clean the tank this weekend -just in case if it is some bacteria or fungus causing this issue.
Also, it’s been 3 weeks of copper treatment. How long should I let my main display tank run fallow (it’s at 82.5*F) and how long should I not exceed of copper treatment?

Fishless at that temperature, at least 6 weeks up to 8 weeks total and generally 30-35 days for total copper treatment
