The white bugs have gotten substantially worse now. All of my torched have them and are showing signs of stress. Not only are they showing signs of stress but their tentacles seem to be deformed. There has been a population boom of these pests. I'm going to try a FW dip on my least expensive torch as I've heard this can kill them. If it doesn't kill my torch and does kill these critters, I'll update this post.

Xarifia gracilipes is a parasitic pod known to go after Euphyllia glabrescens (torch corals), so it's possible:
