I bought these corals with this rock. They did great and now they are absolutely not happy and I am pretty sure they are dying. Can anyone help??

What are you using in the tank to create flow? My guess is that it could be that they don't have enough flow. But that's just a guess on my part.

As far as testing, you could bring some water into your local store and get it tested.

I have a canister filter and a powerhead for flow.

What size is the tank?
Do you have a full tank shot to show the setup and direction of the flow?
How often do you clean the canister filter?
What is your water change schedule for the tank?
What kind of water do you use to mix your salt?
What do you use to check salinity and what is the level now in the tank?

I know its a lot of questions, but could help people help you figure this out with you. Also bringing water to LFS to be tested will help.

my salinity is at 1.025
We use well water as we live in the country. I just did a water change 2 days ago and the rest of the tests were within range. I have attached a picture as you requested as well.

I would suggest trying to lower the powerhead to give the leathers some extra flow.

or maybe even get a 2nd wavemaker.

They were up at the top where the powerhead was. That's when they started looking like this.
