Maybe i am missing it but looks like the wrong genus.

Want to say a type of mimic tang or at least acanthurus genus not zebrasoma that a scopas is.
EDIT
Acanthurus chronixis or half black mimic tang would be my guess.

A. chronixis looks right. Cool fish.

Someone should have noticed that at the LFS;Facepalm...even if they couldn't ID it, obviously not a scopas.
