They’re have been just a few threads one these annoying pests so I would like to start my own. Please tell me a pin cushion in particular would eat this pest algae. I’ve read on a CUC site, can’t remember which, that they do .

Reefcleaner.org says that sea hares will consume fine, film and hair algae only. They also say that pin cushions will consume complex calcified algae.Urchins likely wont touch this as its hit and miss with vegetation when it comes to urchins. Not finger algae but rather Neomeris annulata which lets off a toxin to deter fish and others from eating it However a sea hare will eat it
