No you’ll need a hump in the tube to get an airlock

Looks like it should not air lock. If you’re losing flow it would be some other issue.

Have you checked for an actual blockage? I can’t figure why you wouldn’t have good gravity feed now. Does blowing backward through the pipe have clean air flow?

I've checked a couple of times from below the shutoff and from shutoff to reactor...seems clear.

So I spent several days trying everything to get this working.

CoralVue ticket was opened. I sent pictures and video of the cyclical dump dosing.

I tested the device at multiple dosing speeds and found anything over 25ml/min worked just fine.

Then CoralVue asked me to rotate the elbow from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock and BOOM everything is working as expected.

I can't get or give an answer to why this worked. Maybe there was some Teflon tape in the way or flashing. CoralVue said maybe oils from production interfered...

What a pain...but it is seemingly working now.
