i am looking to change up my maifold to give me working room over my fuge section of my sump i was thinkg about sawaping out my current pvc 1/2" 1/4 turn valves with john quest 1/4 turn 3/8" valves which will be tapped in my 3/4 manifold pipe. will the 3/8" be good enough to power my 2 little fishes reactors that have pellets and carbon? thank you for any advice guy and girls..

I'm not sure you could get the 200-300gph necessary for the reactors through them without a lot of pressure. I think you would need to throttle back your return into DT to get enough back pressure.
