As it says, get error msg. see photo, when connecting new pmup via 24 v cable. I did use the Neptune 24v extension..
Why error shows up from trident I don’t know.
My EB chart in photo and typical power consumption

Not sure where or what troubleshoot. Any ideas?

Thanks

Perhaps defective PMUP, or a failing EB832 24v power supply causing the Trident to throw the voltage error.

Did you try it on your other EB832 and see if you get the same error?

Thanks. That’s the plan for today. Ironically I am now getting trident error to change reagent A but that was expected. Can’t see any connection between those error messages.

I would agree with the above, sounds like either a bad pmup or bad EB 24v power supply.
