PNW Custom anyone bought from him?

So I bought a rack from PNW Custom 11/23/2021. I understand Black Friday and all that I’m in small business retail as well. But my order still hasn’t shipped out and he will not respond to my emails. Is this guy legit or should I contact my credit card company and contest it?

I purchased some stuff from him this Saturday (12/4/21) at the Phoenix Coral Show. Nice racks, and I also purchased the pico reef tank setup, which he said has to be shipped. Hopefully I get it.
I'm emailing them to see when it might ship, so I'll let you know if they write back.

He responded to my email the next day. Said that my stuff was due to ship out with the next batch next week.
