PODS to TANK

My refugium is loaded with pods from small to large....I expect some get into my tank but most are crawling in my chaeto...what's a good way to transfer? I don't want to get any macro algae in my main display.

How about you pick up a ball of cheto, shake it in the DT and move back to your sump? May also want to feed your fish first, or wait until lights out.
