Hi,

I recently placed an order with Podyourreef a few days ago. I order some Tisbe Pods and phytoplankton. I received an order confirmation but haven’t heard anything since. I left a message on their site yesterday and a voicemail this afternoon. No response. My credit card has already been charged. Any one have any experience with them? Their site looks great and from everything I’ve read, they’re a great vendor. I was trying to coordinate shipment so I can be home to receive the package, yet there has been no communication. I was going to post this in the vendor review section but it wouldn’t let me start the thread there. If anyone has some input, I’d greatly appreciate it.

Josh is usually very good at getting back to people. You can try leaving a message on his face book page.
We have had a lot of rain and they did move to a new location recently. ( not that that should make a difference)

I've got a recurring monthly shipment from them. Their system is very well organized. You'll get emails when your order ships with an estimated delivery. You also get a notification when it's delivered. I think it did take a few days before the initial order was sent.

You will get lots of pods in your shipment and it's a great value. It's worth the wait.

Appreciate the feedback. Normally with live stuff you hear back pretty quickly. I know I might be jumping the gun but that’s why I posted here. The site looks awesome and so do the products. I guess I’ll give it a few more days and see what happens. Thanks again

Tisbe Pods and phytoplankton came in today. Very nicely packaged. I added three bottles to my system. 2 in the tank and 1 in the fuge and dosed my phytoplankton according to their site. I have a 120 gallon 4x2x2 with a 30 gallon sump with a fuge running Chaeto. We shall see if they start to populate. Might order some tiger pods as well in the near future. PODYOURREEF, although still hasn’t responded to my call or mail, sent a quality well packaged product. I would order from them again. Now I know to just wait a few days.
