Poking around the sandbed and saw this under the microscope -- what is it?

Curiosity got the best of me after looking through a lot of diatoms on the sandbed (post defeating the dinos). However, I saw these two bacteria-like red things with really fast hairs rotating on it. Any idea what these things are? At least it made a friend.

It might be a Chrome issue, as it works fine in Edge, but not in Chrome for me.

Some sort of ciliate would be my guess, but I've got no idea what kind at the moment.

For those of you playing at home, it looks to be some sort of red pigmented hypotrich, which I think narrows it down a bit more. Pretty cool finding two of those together in my sand bed.
