1 gallon per day, give or take. On a 60 gallon total water volume, open top.

I have a 5 gallon ATO reservoir, have to refill every 5-6 days.

15 gallon tall aquarium for ATO reservoir here, no clue on daily use as a float valve keeps it full.
240 gallon with 3 screen tops over the tank, and a 100 gallon Rubbermaid trough for a sump.

I have a reefer 350 and accidentally let my ATO run dry for a couple days. Does that cause any issues with the equipment?

As long as it did not get hot, you have a chance with the small pumps generally used. They are water cooled if that gives you insight.
Run pump in a bucket under direct power and see if it run and now has any unusual sounds. If no sounds and running- you got lucky

I am currently burning 5 gallons a week on my IM 30 gallon. I need to upgrade my process to be a little more automated than manually dumping buckets and hand mixing salt to make water changes a bit easier like some of your awesome setups.

150G display 200G total water volume with the sump. Tank has a vented w/ fans canopy on it with T5s. Sump is uncovered and unenclosed on the other side of the wall. Tank is in the basement rec. room.

I use a 35G hex that holds 30G of top-off water when filled (space for float valve, although I manually turn on the RO/DI) and I get 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year/if I have windows open or closed and heat or AC running. If I have the windows closed and heat or AC running I get 2-3 weeks. I like the heat so in the limited summer up here I just have the windows open most the time and with the higher humidity right by the lake I get 3-4 weeks. Voted 3 weeks as an average.

When the ATO gets low I just run it over night, the float valve stop it when full, and in the morning I just backflush the RO membrane and shut it off. Have it tee'd off to the ATO reservoir and a freshwater reservoir which also has a float valve and I fill overnight the same way when needed. Then I just gravity dump that into a separate reservoir for mixing SW when I do water changes. This way I can always have extra freshwater on hand.

80G display, 30G sump, so roughly 85G total after displacement(what I use for dosing, and seems to work out).

I have a 5G ATO jug that I refill about once a week, or when my apex screams at me when I forget.

I have a 60gal long and a 65 gal both use about 1 gal per day w/screen lids. In winter I put glass lids back on and consumption drops to about 5 gals per week.

6 gallons a week but I have intense lighting and it runs warm being all LED. Evaporation is the main contributor

Here in North Florida it can be real dry 1 week & very humid the next. So.. I can go thru a 7gl ato in a week maybe 2 , on the 75 . I also have a big 30 gl ato on the 180. Regardless, it takes weeks to need a refill.
