Agree to purchase from and paid for a light from qhduong with PayPal. They decided to cancel the purchase 3 days later after deciding it would be too expensive to ship (originally listed as free shipping). I would have split shipping or paid for shipping outright.
Absolutely made no effort to reach out and ask about me paying for shipping or to make other arrangements any number which would have worked. Instead just canceled the payment and decided to do who knows what?
