Position of Maxspec tank setup

1) Can you all give me advise on the position I have and set up for the maxspec. I wanted the flow pumps up toward the top but the magnets don't seem strong enough for them to sit horizontal, maybe after water in there it might be better, but in the meantime is this going to be good flow for the 80 Gallon with just the one side gyre with the d

2) Should I ditch these gyre pumps and just put in (2) Nero 5’s?
