I may have nothing BUT dumb fish! I just don't know! ;Hilarious
No, really. That's actually what I'm concerned about, my fish becoming a shnack. Otherwise, I'd definitely give them a try

Find a dinky carpet, I doubt it could do a half inch fish at one sitting. ;)

My biggest issue has only been with Foxfaces and when the nems are in higher flow. Foxfaces love them some nem poo. It is like FF crack, I guess.

They go to eat the poo, wave makers hit, nem folds up a little, ff adjusts and gets hit by nem. I have lost 2 this way and only in my nem tank. Never in the 180s or any other tank, as they do not have near the flow of the nem tank. The nem tank has a 1" standing wave at all times lol.
Well, that answers it for me... foxfaces take primary consideration in my tank, so no carpet nems.
I also like many small fishes, so carpets were already probably off my list (especially due to my inexperience).
I'm still debating if I even want a BTA for clowns or to leave anemones out altogether. I may just satisfy my interest in anemones through your pictures and those from others, at least for the next several years.

P.S. I'm really excited about your shark! Definitely not considering getting one myself but that is really neat that you hatched one!

Well, either the haddoni spawn triggered a mag split or the mag just decided to split. Had to anchor the 2 rocks it is using to rip is face apart, as it was pulling them together. Or the fact the moon lights, temp raising and heavy phyto dosing caused it. Who knows, as not trying to get mags to split lol.

Last time I had one split it was successful. So hoping this is as well, since this is my pink tip. There are 2 fully formed mouths, so that is a good thing. Water is right where it should be. Hoping for the best here.

I've been whispering sweet nothings to the picture of them in the basket every night since you received them.

Glad she listened ; )

Splitting is rough on them. Not like a BTA. I am going to have to be on my a game with stability and making sure nutrients do not bottom out. Only downside to 7' macro tank tied into this tank. Keeps water pristine, but can bottom things out quickly.

And some more of the wrasse. The moyeri might have a back injury. I really hope not, but my other leopard healed up just fine, so praying on this one.

Bwahahaha @Crabby48 and I turned you to the dark side!

I am jealous of your brunneus!! I tried one but he came in with a spinal injury and didn't live past 24 hrs.

Glad to hear your new moyeri is doing better! I've got my fingers crossed he continues to improve!

I hate the back injury thing. Crazy that can run so hard in to a bag that it hurts their spine. Just nuts, but shows how fast and strong they really are.
