Hello everyone, new reefer here. I bought this 2nd hand custom built 50x50x50cm tank from my LFS. I noticed these marks and can’t stop worrying about it. I’ve been keeping an eye on it since I bought it and there are no air bubbles coming out of these marks but I’m still stressed. I would appreciate some input please.

To me it looks like the cosmetic seal is eroding. If that’s the case it’s nothing to worry about.
Thank you for the reply. So what should I be on the lookout for?
Take a look at the thickness of the glass, if the seam is eroding past that thickness, it is in the structural area of the seam. Thats when you pay close attention and if it keeps getting worse in the structural area, you may need to replace the tank. This is just some chips on the cosmetic overflow area of silicone when manufacturing occurs.

Thank you for the explanation! Since I posted this the seam still looks the same. Think I just got paranoid seeing all the posts about seam failures haha.
