Possibly internal parasite. HELP

Hello all. This morning I noticed my female clock acting strange. She will go sit in front of my overflow and she’s been there for about 2 hours now. I’ve never noticed this with her before. Both my clowns are sukkah energetic and happy. She’s been eating fine but this morning has just been odd. I also noticed her pooping and her stool is light color. I’ve heard this can indicate an internal parasite. Any insight would be fantastic. Thank you all. Pics of her below.

Is that white stringy poo hanging, that is a definitive sign of internal parasites. If she is still eating you can mix general cure with focus in food, focus helps bind to food. These parasites could spread to other fish, because fish eat poo. So all fish would be good to get medicated food. If she is not eating, you need to remove her to a tank you can treat in the water column, general is not reef safe. All the other fish that are eating would still be advised to get medicated food

Tried feeding her. She didn’t eat. I can’t tell if she can’t eat because of the parasite or her mouth. I’ll attach images of her mouth.

Prazi pro is reef safe and will address some internal parasites, but to be fully effective you also need to include metronidazole which is not reef safe. If she is not eating and you can't move her you could dose the prazi pro in the water column, it will kill feather dusters. If after the prazi she starts eating you could then mix metroplex and focus in food. The issue with the mouth is out of my league.

I can’t really see, what is wrong with its mouth? If that issue is keeping the fish from eating, it may be producing mucus instead of feces, and that be causing that string hanging out.

I too see mucus and suspect brook and internal.
I would try FW bath followed by Formalin bath and treat the fish in the tank with Prazi.

More pics of mouth. It’s almost like her bottom part of the mouth is deteriorating. I have no idea what’s going on.

It’s almost as if her bottom part of the mouth is rotting. I don’t understand what this could be from. I’ll try a fresh water dip as well as a formalin bath then treat tank with prazi. Hopefully this helps. I will also be completing about a 60% water change just in case.

That picture is clear, thanks. I would skip the prazi and FW dip, formalin dip it in case it is fungus, but if you have a treatment tank, it really needs to be dosed with antibiotics. If the bone is involved, recovery is not real likely though, sorry!

UPDATE: My clown sadly passed. Don’t know really what it was from. Thanks for all the advice. Will live and learn from this.

Sorry, as I had worried, a systemic bacterial infection is almost impossible to treat, and that one looked like it involved the bone of the lower jaw.

That’s exactly what my LFS told me. It was most likely a bacterial infection and I couldn’t have done much about it :(
