Can anyone beat this dinosaur I dug up? I had a one of these and an original Aquacontroller jr. I'm sure you could still fire them up and use them.

I had a euroreef (cs6-2, iirc) that was awesome. Most modern skimmers still look like euroreefs, while other skimmer designs all faded away.

My MTC skimmer body is from 1997 … though I’ve replaced parts of it since.

My current oldest piece of equipment is a Tunze 6105 that I've had for 20+ years. Still works.
I tossed a couple older ones out a few months ago that stopped working. They were the old brown ones. I can't remember the model numbers. One was a 40 something and the other a 80 something.
Tossed an old Otto powerhead out that froze up. I used it in the middle 90's.

Oldest piece of equipment I have that is still being actively used is my Lifereef SVS2-24 skimmer that I purchased in 2001. Best investment I've made in this hobby. Not sure when Jeff may retire so I purchased another one I'll give the original to my son when he finishes his display.

Same. My Eheim heater is 20 years old. I just got it out of the tank a few days ago because I needed a bigger one.

I’m keeping it for heating water when needed.
