It's in their schedule on the site. You can download it.

SPS1 and SPS2 links at the bottom. I think Will takes care of speciosa so that would be SPS1 schedule.

Dang that looks amazing. Did it start as grayish skin then colored up? I get the yellow tips on mine currently.
Bluish grey I guess? lol… it’s colored up a little but came with yellow and orange..

Yeah, but it's a Radion schedule and i have a prime light. Radion is a .mob which can't be opened in myai or mobius.
Ah, yeah you won't be able to get the colors they have if you're not using the same equipment. But who knows, you might get a cool color morph eventually.

This is why I swapped my lighting to T5 hybrid with Radion XR30s to mimic the POTO farm set up so I can eliminate light as an issue with my system.

I'm running the prime HD with the LEDs upgraded to the Lux engine 4 Blue. Love the light. see how it goes with this coral...

Have you compared the polyplabs booster to the red sea AB+ coral nutrition? Any opinion?
I used the Red Sea product in the early stages a couple years back and I don't know whether it was because the tank was young or what but I ended up with a cyanobloom after using it. I've used reef roids off and on for a few years because my phosphates have always been low, but just the last month six drops of polyp lab just before a pinch of reefroids has been great. I'm seeing polyp extension in corals that I haven't before.

It's a chopped speciosa? Those don't do well for anyone do they?
A bunch of people are growing them and hobbyists are trying to get frags going with limited success apparently. They are super finicky. My speciosa lasted three days, while at the same time a Millepora from the same order has been thriving with increased color and good polyp extension. I even moved the Millepora once after glueing it 😂

I'm running the prime HD with the LEDs upgraded to the Lux engine 4 Blue. Love the light. see how it goes with this coral...

For an AB+(ish) spectrum on the LuxEngine 4 Blue, try setting all the channels to the same percentages. Basically the Gen 4 Blue puck was designed to use the whole light while giving a similar AB+ look that most people dial their lights to anyway.

AB+ on a "standard" Prime uses all of the blue/violet channels, but leaves a LOT on the table because you only use a small amount of the red/green/white channels. With the Lux 4 Blue, you can use all the channels, leave nothing on the table and get the AB+ color mix with an even wider blue band than most every other light available.

ETA: I've been using LuxEngine for 5+ years now. I got in the beta test when the OG (Now "Gold") was the only option, so I've used those, the OG Cyan and now the Gen 4 Cyan and Gen 4 Blue. I've upgraded 8 Primes and 6 Hydras so far. If you have any questions, just ask!

Mine is under 250 par. How long before you got the coloring? I got the yellow tips but the same bluish gray body too.
It took a couple months..

Hi all,

Wondering if there is anyone here that has frag/colony of the POTO Showstopper coral. I grabbed one in an auction and have been disappointed so far. Color isn't even close to what is advertised. I reached out to them and was advised that they achieve this green/pink/yellow coloration under the Radion AB+ program on the Radion XR30 G6. I have a Prime HD with a Lux engine 4 Blue puck upgrade so I have tried to emulate AB+ ( I have a number of presets and then dialed it in from there ). It never changes from the colors seen below. If you have this coral and have it appearing as shown with the green body can you advise as to your lighting schedule and anything else you did to achieve this coloration? Thanks!

Note, that this is the same coral in all 3 pictures. The frag I purchased, then in my tank with different light schedules.

This is how it looks like in their farm for reference.

It will take a while for the green to come through (and that depends on nutrients, flow and trace too).

Received mine in May, but mine had a heat pack on top of the bag. Was bleached. Today has a slighter blue tint but we will see what happens in a couple more months.

They had one that looked just like this at reefapalooza.

Interestingly enough, I used my uv flashlight on my Speciosa and look what came out of it.

I wonder if there’s a way to bake it under UV lights only to speed up the process.
