my first order was small to test vender got a few nice pieces though, unfortunately one coral came to stressed and died, no question asked i emailed them and black friday sale was coming so i put another order and they sent me the replacement coral after i sent an email with a picture, the blackfriday shipment came and the corals all came healthy and in a heated box and with the replacement as well. awesome customer service and corals healthy as shown in the pictures! THANK YOU POTO
