Hi,

I wouldl like to build a Backup solution for my Reefwave 45, i am living in Europ, so the only Plug and Play part i can buy is the ecotech backup battery but i don´t know if i can use it?

I saw that there is a cable from ecotech to boost from 24 to 48v, but i am not sure if thats wright to use?

I can make a Y - Connection between the 24v Outlet of the Booster and the 24v Power Supply of the Reefwave but will that make a power short, or can that work?

Othe way i have to build a system complete alone with 2x 12v Batteries but i don´t know what part i need more to get thet running, i am not electrican, i can solder and make all thet my self but i need a partlist and a wiring diagram for that, but i can´t find :/

It seams that the US is more into that topic.
