Tank is 10x3x2 and I'm unhappy with my pump placement. The reds are mp60 or mp40 (2 of each). The green is return flow around 2k gph. Blue is wavemaker.

All of them are on pretty low settings yet my coral in the past always felt like it was getting blasted. I kept acros on the left and right structure with LPS in the middle. I tried not to point them directly where coral was at but it's hard with the vortechs and I got pretty poor extension across the board. Anyone have any ideas on placement or what I might be doing wrong?

You could try placing the leftmost and rightmost MPs down a bit. You may not need the wavemaker on the aide. You should check out Parker's Reef on YouTube - he has a long tank and good MP setup.

Can you place the MP60's on the ends of the tank. Maybe one more towards the front and one near the back?
Sync them so they have surges at the same time?

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
