I have a question for this lamp: http://surl.li/loekc. Would it be powerful enough for corals soft/lps with a 100% blue and 5% white configuration?
Don't know what it can grow but it starts out as an 18" with 20 total watts
A rough guess is the white/red/green channel is about 1/2 of your 20 watts.
Meaning with your desires settings you have 11 watts.
Probably 120 degree suspension so not a 5on of depth penetration.

Need the tank size to even make a guess.
In the past and using available data on the web I've done some par estimating based on this style of lights .
This has a large margin of error but the "rule of thumb" is at 17" from the light par is equal to wattage.

That light only works for low-medium light corals on tanks of 12 inches height or so and at 100% both channels
