In the last week I have hade my condy and my lta anemones get sucked into my power head and get compleatly shredded is there I say I can prevent this in the future

You can use a foam guard around the power heads.

Yeah I've learned the hard way, lost 1 to a powerhead, did the stocking and was good, then lost another to a HOB filter, use a sponge for them lol
