Okay, so my urchin is really frustrating me by unglueing my frags from my rocks. Looking at the frags, the glue is sticking just fine to the coral/frag plug but nothing is sticking to the rock.

I saw a video showing where some people take a brush and scrub the rock first before glueing anything. Does that actually help? Do you guys do that and I’m just doing it wrong?

Scrubbing off surface algae and detritus certainly helps for me. I also rub epoxy putty or superglue gel onto the surface to help get better adhesion. Just keep in mind nothing works 100% of the time.

Thanks for the response. I just tried a quick scrub for one of my frags to see if it’ll help
