Prefix Requirements for WTB

I've searched for the requirements but cant seem to find it.

what the heck am i doing wrong. I'm having a hard time figuring it out.

When creating a new thread in that forum you’ll need to select thread prefixes before it will low you to post a new thread. When creating the thread there is a drop down box at the top left hand side where you add the thread title.
