Problem connecting radion gen4

I have tried everything they say in the book to connect and set up this light. I don't have reeflink. I've tried different pcs, different USB cables and nothing. Can't be that it has to be removed from previous person's account either as it was still sealed in its box. Any recommendations? Or who can I talk to?

Did you download the program it needs? Connecting the radion to your laptop alone will not connect the radion with the website. You need to run the program that it asks you to download while you are using the website to setup the radion.

As stated above download the connection manager once you plug it it will pop up, my 2nd Radion was still attached to an old reeflink but I was able to factory reset as soon as I got home

I did all that. Uninstalled how many times redownloaded, laptop, desktop, Mac. Everything possible I could think of and read in the manual to troubleshoot

I'm thinking it's USB port is faulty. But bring from South Africa it doesn't make it easy to try get help
