Problem MP40 QD

Hello,
A few months ago I bought a vortech QD MP 40.
I had always run it at reforest mode.
Yesterday I turned it into constant speed mode.
When I turn the controller tot full speed.
It runs a few a minutes at full speed and then it slows down.
You can clearly see it at the watermotion and hear that the motor turns back in power.
The controller looks normal.
I have already cleaned the westside and rest the pump.
If I turn the pump on and off its ok for 10minutes and then the pump slows down.
after a few minutes the pump gies back to full power.....
Is this normal?
It's my first Eco Tech propellor.

Yes, controller deels to work normal. It looks like the problem happens when the dry side is hot, this is around 15 minutes

Does it do only at 100 percent flow or does it do it when its run lower as well?
Either way id get ahold of tech and get a replacement.

I didn’t try it at a Lower speed. I am in contact with a wholesaler in Belgium an can return the pump for reparation
